Hey there, fellow investors! Today, I want to share with you the incredible strategy that allowed me to acquire not one, not two, but FOUR rental properties in just 18 months! Yes, you read that right – and the best part is, you can do it too! 🤩

The concept behind this investment strategy is surprisingly straightforward, and it all begins with having a down payment for your first property. Now, you might wonder, where did I get the funds for that initial purchase? Well, I dug into my 401K from a previous career that I hadn't touched in years – a hidden treasure waiting to be unlocked. 💰

With my first rental property secured, things quickly started falling into place. The property's value began to climb steadily, and I seized the opportunity to do a cash-out refinance. This enabled me to pull out a significant portion of the equity that had accrued 📈. Armed with this newfound capital, I eagerly acquired my second investment property.

But I didn't stop there. Patience became my virtue as I waited for further equity gains to work their magic. Once the timing was right, I repeated the process on both my initial properties, allowing me to expand my portfolio even further.
